Feeling aggrieved by the judgment and order dated 3rd January 2012 passed by the learned single Judge in CWJC No. 1834 of 2000, the writ petitioners have preferred the present Appeal under clause 10 of the Letters Patent.
The appellants were appointed on Class IV posts

under the respondent no. 4 in or around 1992 on compassionate grounds. Having accepted the appointment in Class IV service on compassionate grounds, the appellants raised right to appointment to Class III posts on compassionate grounds.
The claim was rejected by the authorities below. Therefore, the writ Petition. The writ Petition has been dismissed by the learned single Judge. Therefore, this Appeal.
The learned single Judge has relied upon quite a few precedets of this Court in denying the relief to the appellants.
We agree with the learned single Judge. Appeal is dismissed in limine.
