Because of the fact that the appellants would be filing review petition, this appeal, according to the learned Senior counsel for the appellants, may be allowed to be withdrawn without any prejudice to the rights of the appellants to apply for review of the order, dated 18.12.2013, which stands impugned in this appeal. To the submissions so made, no objection has been made on behalf of the respondents.
In view of the above and in the interest of justice, this appeal is hereby disposed of as withdrawn making it clear that withdrawal of this appeal shall be without prejudice to the rights, if any, of the appellants to file appropriate petition seeking review of the order, which stands impugned in this appeal.
