JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 3 06-02-2013 In the instant application the petitioner prays for restoration of M.J.C. No. 2874 of 2005 which has been dismissed for non-prosecution by this court by order dated 14.9.2010. It appears that M.J.C. No.2874 of 2005 was filed for transfer of Title Suit No.19 of 1995/22 of 2001 from Jehanabad Civil Court to any other Civil Court. On the last occasion on 30.1.2013 no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Even today no one appears for the petitioner. This application is dismissed for non-prosecution.
