3 24-06-2013 In compliance of the order of the High Court dated 11.05.2012 State respondent has not only corrected the date of birth of the husband of the petitioner in the service book but has also made payment of arrears of salary by crediting the amount in the bank account of the petitioner and statement to that effect has been made by the counsel for the State which has been confirmed by the counsel for the petitioner on the basis of the call received from the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner further submitted that compassionate appointment though recommended by the Circle officer, Runisaidpur, but till date District Compassionate Committee has not considered the same. This contempt petition is disposed of directing the Collector, Sitamarhi and the District Compassionate Committee, Sitamarhi to take appropriate decision in the matter of compassionate appointment as per the recommendation of the Circle Officer, Runisaidpur within
