This petition has been filed by the petitioner for

initiating a proceeding of contempt against the opposite parties for alleged willful disobedience of order of this Court dated 23.02.2012 by which C.W.J.C. No.3384 of 2012 was disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Jehanabad to dispose of the representation of petitioner dated 05.08.2010 for allotment of land to Kendriya Vidyalaya, Jehanabad.

The claim of opposite parties is that the representation of petitioner dated 05.08.2010 was favourably considered by the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Jehanabad much earlier, who sent his proposal dated 11.06.2011 with respect to allotment of 3.59 acres of land for the said Kendriya Vidyalaya.

It is further stated that the said matter is pending before the government and as soon as the proposal receives sanction of the government, the land would be allotted to the said Kendriya Vidyalaya.

In the said circumstances, the grievance of petitioner now cannot be against the Collector rather the grievance of petitioner now lies before the government, which is not sanctioning the proposal of District Magistrate.
