Both these petitions have been filed for initiating a proceeding of contempt against the opposite parties for alleged willful and deliberate disobedience of common order dated 09.05.2012 passed in L.P.A. No.137 of 2009 and L. P.A. No.642 of 2008 by which matter was remanded back to the Secretary, Water Resources Department who was directed to pass appropriate order for regularization of services of the petitioners on the post they held prior to the termination in consultation with the 2^nd respondent in accordance with law.

From the show cause filed by the opposite parties it appears that the said order has been complied by the authorities concerned on 30.10.2012 (Annexure-A to the show cause in MJC No.5073 of 2012).

In the said circumstances, both these MJC petitions are hereby disposed of. However, the petitioners will be at liberty to challenge the said order before an appropriate forum, if they are aggrieved.
