This application has been filed for restoration of
C.W.J.C. No. 8070/2011 which stood dismissed for non
compliance of order dated 6.5.2011, which was eventually
complied on 18.8.2011 according to the petitioner.
On being satisfied with the sufficiency of reasons
mentioned in this application for omission on part of the
petitioner, the date of compliance of order dated 6.5.2011 is
extended till 18.8.2011 and the C.W.J.C. No. 8070/2011 is
restored to its original file and number subject to the condition that
the order dated 6.5.2011 has fully been complied by 18.8.2011.
Accordingly, this application stands allowed.
