This petition has been filed by the petitioner for initiating a proceeding of contempt against the opposite parties for violating the order of this Court dated 18.04.2011 passed in CWJC No.876 of 1995.

It is an accepted fact that the order of the court has been complied and even the arrears of salary and interest thereon have been paid to the petitioner. However, the grievance of the petitioner is that salaries for the months of February, 2013, March, 2013 and April, 2013 have not been paid to the petitioner.

In the said circumstances, this MJC petition is disposed of with a direction to the opposite parties to pay the salaries of the petitioners as and when other similarly situated employees are paid their respective salaries for the months concerned.
