4 01-03-2013 Perused the office note dated 28 th February, 2013.
From perusal of the order dated 21.05.1996, it appears that
this appeal was held to be not maintainable before the High Court.
Therefore, the appellant was directed to receive the memo of
appeal for its proper presentation but still today none has turned up
to receive the memo of appeal. Accordingly, this First Appeal is
dismissed as not maintainable before this High Court. The office
shall keep the record in the record room.
