| From perusal of the order dated 20.10.1997, it appears that | |
| this appeal was held to be not maintainable before the High Court | |
| because of the fact that the District Judge has the jurisdiction to | |
| hear the appeal. Therefore, the appellant was directed to receive | |
| the memo of appeal for its proper presentation but still today none | |
| has turned up to receive the memo of appeal. Accordingly, this | |
| First Appeal is dismissed as not maintainable before this High Court. The office shall keep the record in the record room. (Mungeshwar Sahoo, J) |
