5 29-10-2013 The petitioner was applicant for Sub-Inspector of Police examination, as per Advertisement published in the year, 2004.
The petitioner submits that he filed an application before the Public Information Officer, Bihar Staff Selection Commission, Patna for duly attested copies of his booklet and OMR answer-sheet of Indian Ancient History and other informations. Selection Commission, Patna with no better luck. The petitioner then moved the State Information Commission being case no.11382/2008-09. The State Information Commission vide order dated 23.09.2008 directed the Public Information Officer, Bihar Staff Selection Commission, Patna to provide the required papers to the petitioner by 10.12.2008.
The grievance of the petitioner is that still he has not been supplied the required information.
Learned counsel for Bihar Staff Selection Commission, Patna submits that the petitioner has already been supplied some informations from the Home Department.
In case, if the petitioner is still dissatisfied, he can approach the State Information Commission for his grievance.
With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
