The petitioner submits that his case may be disposed of in terms of the order the Hon’ble Apex Court dated 26.11.2012 passed in Special Leave to Appeal (Civil) No.29655/2010 as well as order of this Court dated 7.12.2012 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 11125 of 2012 and its analogous cases.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition too is disposed of in terms of the order of the Hon’ble Apex Court dated 26.11.2012 passed in Special Leave to
