In nut shell the prayer is that the salary should be paid only to those who are legally appointed in the college.
The petitioners submit that earlier the teaching staff of the College had moved this Court with similar grievance in C.W.J.C. No.12164 of 2012. In the aforesaid case this Court observed that if the attention of the State is invited to any improper utilization of the grant, it cannot shut eye and has necessarily to consider for stoppage of the grant itself. observation to the respondents to consider the representation of the teaching staff regarding utilization of grant appropriately within a further period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of that order.

The petitioners submit that yet in another similar matter, this Court vide order dated 6.2.2012 passed in C.W.J.C. No.19845 of 2010 directed the respondents to dispose of the representation of the petitioner thereof in respect of payment of salary in accordance with law.
The petitioners submit that an enquiry has already stated in the matter.
If enquiry is continuing, the representation of the petitioners would also be considered for the needful.
With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ application stands disposed of.
