3 18-03-2013 Learned counsel appearing for respondent nos. 8 and 9
after obtaining instructions has informed this Court that the
Bank, in response to the letter of the Assistant Provident Fund
Commissioner dated 13.04.2009, as contained in Annexure-5,
has already sent necessary documents in respect of provident
fund deduction of the petitioners and others through letter no.273
dated 26.11.2011.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in the
circumstances, the writ application may be disposed of with a
direction to the Employees Provident Fund Commissioner,
Regional Office, Muzaffarpur (respondent no.5) to take
consequential steps for release of the provident fund amount of
petitioners.
This writ application is, accordingly, disposed of with a
direction to the Employees Provident Fund Commissioner,
Regional Office, Muzaffarpur (respondent no.5) to take steps and
