Petitioners have an alternative statutory remedy of appeal against the said order in terms of the Act.
The writ application is accordingly disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to file their appeals before the Appellate Authority. If the same are filed within three weeks from today along with an application for condonation of delay, the Appellate Authority shall condone the delay and consider the same on merits and shall dispose of the appeals in accordance with law after
