of house under Indira Awas Yojna. However, private respondents are not allowing her to take possession of the land and construct the house.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already filed a complaint in this respect before the Circle Officer, District Magistrate in Janta Darbar and also Superintendent of Police. However, no action has been taken by the respondent authorities.

If the petitioner and her husband have valid papers of the land in question and have been validly allotted fund for construction of house under Indira Awas Yojna, it is the administration which has to give necessary protection and support to the petitioner to take possession of the land and construct the house. Petitioner is directed to appear before the District Magistrate personally along with a copy of this order and file a formal complaint upon which the District Magistrate shall get necessary enquiry held and if he is satisfied with the papers of the petitioner, shall take necessary steps in the matter in accordance with law, at the earliest.
