The petitioner retired from service on 31.10.2007 from the post of District Mass Education Officer, Gaya. The grievance of the petitioner is that he has not been given regular annual increments since 01.03.2003. In support of his submission, the petitioner has annexed pay slip (Annexure-2). The petitioner submits that he has also passed the necessary departmental examination.
