3 24-09-2013 Mr.Madheshwar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the writ application so as to pursue the remedies before the Bihar Land Tribunal.
The writ application is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
In case an application in this matter is filed by the petitioner before the Bihar Land Tribunal along with an application for condonation of delay in filing the same within a period of three weeks from today, the same shall be considered keeping in view the fact that the petitioner has been pursuing his remedies before this Court.
