The second contention of the petitioner was that he was not being remanded in Madhuban P.S. Case No. 87 of 2005. Learned counsel for the State has submitted that this fact has been acknowledged by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he has been produced in Madhuban P.S. Case No. 87 of 2005.
