JUSTICE SHYAM KISHORE SHARMA) 10 26-07-2013 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in similar circumstances, this Court on 30th April, 2012 in Criminal Writ No. 382 of 2012 has allowed the writ application and State Remission Board was advised to reconsider the matter of release of the petitioner in accordance with provisions of the findings given above in accordance with law. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has completed more than 14 years of physical imprisonment and in view of 1984 Policy, he was entitled to get premature release. That assertion has been counted by the learned counsel for the State. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his case is at par with the case of Raja
