It is submitted that inadvertently in para-1 and prayer portion of the original application bearing Cr. Misc. No. 35650 of 2012, in place of Jhajha P.S. case No. 94/11 it is mentioned as Sono P.S. Case No. 94/11. Consequently, the error contains in the order.
Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in para-1 and prayer portion of the original application.
Consequently, the order dated 23.1.2013 may be treated as rectified and communicated to the court below, i.e., C.J.M., Jamui, through fax at the cost of the petitioner.
