The Petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Section(s) 392 and 414 Indian Penal Code.
Prosecution case is that three unknown miscreants looted away the motorcycle of the Informant on 19.01.2012. On 20.01.2012, a bank dacoity was foiled by the vigilance of the Cashier and general public. In course of fleeing away, the accused persons were brandishing their pistol, but they were chased and seven accused persons were caught; one of which was the Petitioner. Upon this, Obra P.S. Case No.10 of 2012 was instituted. Since arms were recovered from the possession of the Petitioner and others, Obra P.S. Case No.11 of 2012 was also instituted against him. committing Bank Dacoity, next day after the occurrence of the present case, was the subject matter of the present case.
Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the Petitioner.
