ORAL ORDER
3 01-04-2013 Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case
registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 409,
420, 467, 476/34 of the I.P.C.
Accusation is of not making payments to the
labourors under certain schemes through the account in the
post office when some of the persons whose name figured in the
BPL list were not employed as labouror.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the
petitioner that accusation is omnibus and general when no
verification from the account of the concerned labouror of the
pass book has been made and this contention of the petitioner
has not been controverted by learned APP for the State.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the
petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender
before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today,
