The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for offence punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.
Iron rods being carried on tractors were robbed. The name of the petitioner surfaced on confessional statement of co-accused Guddu.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Guddu has named this petitioner since he was on inimical terms with petitioner and except a case lodged by the father of co-accused Guddu, no case is pending against petitioner.
Considering the same, let petitioner named above be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or
