This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Section 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in jail custody since 05.09.2012 and he has no criminal antecedent.
Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif in connection with Deepnagar P. S. Case No. 188 of 2012, subject to the condition that one of the bailors shall be the near relative of the petitioner who will file affidavit to the effect that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent which fact should be verified by the learned court below and thereafter the petitioner be released on bail.
