2 17-01-2013 Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 387, 504, 379 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
It is alleged against petitioner Sadhna Devi to have caused injury with brick on the head of Seema Devi, whereas it is alleged against petitioner Ujjawal Kumar to have assaulted with iron rod on the head of Devendra Mishra.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that injury report of Seema Devi reflects only one lacerated injury on the head for which opinion has been reserved when there is no head injury found on the head of Devendra Mishra which is alleged against Ujjawal Kumar when
