This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 386 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 27 of the Arms Act.
The petitioner has not been named in the First Information Report.
Earlier the bail petition of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 27.07.2012 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23141 of 2012.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while rejecting the bail petition of the petitioner this Court observed that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of the charge. It has further been contended that in paragraph nos. 55, 56 and 57 of the case diary the name of the petitioner finds place after 18 days of the occurrence.

In the case diary the name of the petitioner finds place in paragraph nos. 8 and 9 on the very next day of the occurrence.
Learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner has criminal antecedent and there are seven cases pending against him and also there are seven injuries on the person of the deceased.
Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
The trial court is directed to expedite the trial for early disposal of the case preferably within nine months.
