The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 9.9.2013 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21333 of 2013 to the extent that the father’s name of the petitioner be read as Ramsevak Tiwari in stead of Late Ramsevak Singh.
The said mistake perpetuated in the order due to wrong mentioning in the main petition.
Let in the order dated 9.9.2013 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21333 of 2013, father’s name of the petitioner be read as Ramsevak Tiwari instead of Late Ramsevak Singh and in paragraph 3 of the order the word ‘Bihpur’ be read as ‘Birpur’.
The aforesaid order is modified to the extent indicated above.
The modification application stands disposed of in connection with Birpur P.S. Case no. 30 of 1998 pending in the court of SDJM, Birpur at Supaul.
