The said mistake perpetuated in the order due to wrong mentioning in the main petition. Let the learned counsel for the petitioner make necessary correction in the main petition. Let in the order dated 26.8.2013 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21432 of 2013 the words ‘SDJM, Saran at Chapra’ be read as ‘C.J.M., Saran at Chapra’, The aforesaid order is modified to the extent indicated above.
