The petitioner being brother in law of the victim is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of killing the son of the informant at the inlaws’ place.
Since others have been granted regular bail, let the learned court below consider the regular bail of the petitioner in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case no. 61 of 2009 pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Jamui.
This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
