state.
The present application has been filed for restoration
of Cr. Misc. No. 29522 of 2013 which stood dismissed for non
compliance of peremptory order dated 30.7.2013.
On the grounds mentioned in this restoration
application and the undertaking of the petitioner to comply the
aforesaid order within one week, Cr. Misc. No. 29522 of 2013 is
restored to its original file.
The restoration application stands disposed of
accordingly.
