Taking into consideration that two lacs ninety one thousand
fake notes were recovered from possession of the petitioner and as per submission of learned counsel for Union of India, the petitioner carries criminal antecedent of same nature, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with DRI Case No. 09 of 2013 corresponding to Trial No. 301 of 2013 pending in the court of Presiding Officer (Spl.) Economic Offences, Muzaffarpur stands rejected. However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner.
