2	24-01-2013 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the
	State.
	The petitioner is languishing in jail since 06.10.2012 in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 394 of the Indian Penal Code. Subsequently, sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code were also added.
	It is alleged that the bus passengers were robbed
	of. Subsequently, in the confession of Radhey Shyam, name of
	the petitioner has come. It is alleged that on the confession of
	these accused persons mobile and money were recovered. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that recovery
	has not been made from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner claims the recovered mobile to be of his own. It is stated that the
	petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dehri, Rohtas in connection with Chutiya P.S. Case No. 38 of 2012.
