JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 23-01-2013 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in jail since 10.09.2012 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1B)A and 26 of the Arms Act.
One country made pistol and four cartridges were recovered from the house of the petitioner.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the recovery has been made from the joint family house and a statement has been made in para 10 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Chanan P.S. Case No. 27 of 2012.
