	The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered
	for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341,323, 324,
	307, 504 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation against the petitioner is of assaulting with farsa on the head of the informant when other accused assaulted with lathi.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the background of land dispute, the accusation has been levelled and the injury report has been brought on record which suggests that the injuries have been found to be superficial in nature caused by hard and blunt substances.

Considering the accusation not being corroborated by injury report, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on
