Considering that the Petitioners kept absconding for a number of years even though cognizance was taken way back in the year 2005, I am not inclined to grant bail to the Petitioner at this stage.
The prayer for bail is rejected.
However, since the Petitioners were not accused in
the earlier case, they may renew their prayer for bail after framing
