2 12-02-2013 Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 328, 324, 307, 504, 341 of the I.P.C.
Accusation is of causing injury with katar on the head of the mother of the informant.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that injury has not been found to be grievous when the case lodged by the petitioner’s side is at earlier point of time and the injuries of the petitioner’s side were found to be grievous.
Considering the same, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
