Petitioner is apprehending her arrest in
connection with a case registered for the offence under Sections 363/366 of the Penal Code. She is named in the First Information Report as also in the 164 Cr.P.C. statement of the victim girl. The allegations are levelled against the petitioner but considering the fact that she is a lady and girl has already been restored to her mother, I direct the petitioner to surrender in the Court below and thereafter be admitted to the privilege of bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 46 of 2013, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
