Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this court vide order dated 19.09.2011 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22399 of 2011 and again, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail on the grounds mentioned by me in my previous order and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 1278 of 2011 arising out of Kotwali P.S. Case No. 150 of 2011 pending in the court of 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Patna is rejected. However, the learned trial court should expedite the trial of the petitioner.
