2 15-05-2013 Heard.
Taking into consideration the allegation, levelled
against the petitioner as well as this aspect of the matter, that the
prayer for bail of the petitioner, has already been rejected on merit
vide order dated 20-07-2012 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12345 of
2012, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with S. Tr.
No. 223 of 2012 arising out of Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 87 of 2011
is, again, rejected.
However, learned Additional Sessions Judge-Ist, Jamui
should expedite the trial of the petitioner.
