ORAL ORDER
3 07-10-2013 Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Having regard to the fact that the petitioner is facing
allegation for the offence punishable under Section-302 of the
Indian Penal Code of circumstantial evidence and the clone of
the victim boy who was done to death has been recovered at
the instance of the petitioner on the basis of his confessional
statement, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the
petitioner.
The prayer for bail of the petitioner is, accordingly,
rejected.
The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial of the
petitioner.
