Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State assisted by learned counsel for
the informant.

Petitioners are named in the first information report with allegation that they administered poison to the deceased.

¶7

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in course of investigation, not a single witness claimed to have seen the petitioners taking way the deceased and moreover, viscera report of the deceased reveals that no poisonous substance was found.

¶8

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in
