No.2 and had also failed to appear on 7.8.2013 when the matter had been called on that date. 2. The allegation is with regard to demand of dowry and torture for non-fulfilment thereof. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the allegations are false and concocted as they neither demanded any sum of money nor inflicted torture upon the O.P. No. 2 4. Considering the above facts and circumstances, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners by this Court in terms of order dated 15.03.2013 stands confirmed. 5. The anticipatory bail petition accordingly stands disposed of.
