Petitioner is in jail custody since 14.12.12 in Patori P.S.Case No. 336 of 2012 registered under Section 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The name of petitioner was disclosed by co accused Md. Azad who was caught with stolen Maruti car and after that petitioner was arrested and it is alleged that two identity cards, one master key for opening the vehicle etc. were recovered from possession of the petitioner.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that co-accused Md. Azad has been already granted privilege of bail by a Bench of this Court by order dated 26.06.2013 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15040 of 2013.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as
