This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act with regard to recovery of a pistil and cartridge.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the marriage of the sister of the petitioner is going to be solemnized on 29th April, 2013, hence, prayed that the case be heard out of turn. It has been submitted that the father of the petitioner is dead and the petitioner has to perform the rites of marriage of his sister. The petitioner is in jail since 09.11.2012 and there is two more cases to the credit of the petitioner.
Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Harnaut P.S. Case No. 248 of 2012 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif, subject to the condition that one of the bailors shall be a close relative of the petitioner, like brother or wife of the petitioner, who will file affidavit to the effect that the father of the petitioner is dead and the marriage of the sister of the petitioner is going to be held on

29th April, 2013, and the petitioner has no other case except two cases, bearing Harnaut P.S. Case No. 221 of 2012 and Chandi P.S. Case No. 183 of 2001 pending against him and the trial Court, after due verification, shall enlarge the petitioner on bail.
