2 24-04-2013 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 457, 380 & 414 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering that the petitioner is in custody since 28.01.2013 having fair antecedent and his father undertakes his responsibility, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- (Five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each or any other surety as fixed by the Court to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 221 of 2012 subject to the following conditions:-
A. That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the Petitioner who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the Petitioner and the other bailor shall be the father of the Petitioner namely, Sita Ram Tanti. The bailor will also undertake to inform the Court if there is any change in the address of the petitioner.

B. That the affidavit shall clearly state that the Petitioner is not an accused in any other case and if he is he shall not be released on bail.
