The Petitioners seek bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Considering the nature of allegations, I am not inclined to grant bail to the Petitioners. The prayer for bail is rejected.
However, the Petitioners may renew their prayer for bail after framing of charge if their case is not bifurcated.
