7 28-01-2013 Petitioners being husband and other family
members of the husband of the informant are apprehending
their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable
under Sections 498A, 341, 323/34 of the I.P.C.
The basic accusation is of torture.
The husband Ajit Kumar and the informant are
present. Both sides agree to reconcile the issue. The husband
petitioner Ajit Kumar agree to take the informant to her

matrimonial house to keep her as wife with full dignity and honour within a period of two weeks from the residence of the informant at Delhi.

Considering the present stand of the husband petitioner Ajit Kumar, let the petitioner Ajit Kumar, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on provisional anticipatory bail for one year, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Arrah in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 40 of 2012.

It is made clear that in every two months, both the petitioner and the informant will appear before learned court below who will record the progress in the reconciliation. The provisional anticipatory bail of the petitioner Ajit Kumar will be confirmed by the learned Court below on substantial restoration of the matrimonial harmony within a period of one year.

Considering the present stand of the informant and her husband, let the other petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
