JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 3 12-04-2013 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 232, 233, 307,323,337, 338,342 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the nephew of the
informant got crushed with a truck when mob blocked
the road and was demanding Rs. 5,00,000/- as
compensation and they objected the police to clear
the blockade, pelted stones and attacked the police
force by Lathi.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the
petitioner that no injury was caused to any one and
the police in order to save their skin from the
truck accident has lodged the frivolous case.

Considering the thrust of accusation against
the mob, let the petitioner, above named, be
released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender

before the learned court below within a period of
twelve weeks from today in connection with Pachrukhi
(Sarai) O.P. P.S. Case No. 193 of 2012 on furnishing
bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two
sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction
of the learned C.J.M. Siwan, subject to the
conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the
Code of Criminal Procedure.
