By filing I.A. No.1144 of 2013, sole appellant has renewed his prayer for bail on the ground that he has completed seven years in jail custody and his appeal, though filed in the year 2009, is not likely to be heard within reasonable time as for the present, the High Court is hearing the appeal filed in the year 1990, 1991. It is also submitted that there is fair chance of success in the appeal.
In the circumstance, during the pendency of this appeal, let appellant, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 5th Additional Sessions Judge, Bhojpur, Ara, in connection with Sessions Trial No.552 of 2006, as the appellant is in jail custody with effect from 18.8.2006.
